Great place, everyone is kind and happy to be there. They are always on time, and fit me in early. Everyone is professional and friendly who wants to make sure the customer is happy. It is beautifully appointed and a comfortable place using equipment that has to be cutting edge. It’s new to me and I spend a lot of time in dentist chair. I was searching and searching for a new place to get my teethed clean and glad I stopped on Serenity Smile. I was there today and heard the doctor walking from room to room saying hello, answering questions and making sure we all were OK. No dentist does that and I was impressed. Last great perk - the dentistry is right in the middle of our “hood” on Via De Ventura and Hayden on the second floor of where Butters used to be. It’s in the same parking lot as Grass Roots and ZIPPS.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Waters for years and have so much praise for him and his entire staff..they are all so very helpful, efficient, professional, and kind. Dr. Waters takes so much time explaining procedures and he is an excellent dentist..I highly recommend him.

My husband was in for a follow up appt- he had had recent foot surgery and walking was difficult. The staff was extremely accommodating and assisted so that he could meet attend this appt with little to no stress. Had a crown replaced by Dr. Waters. He made certain the entire procedure was done with highest quality of care and explained what would be done during the process. Serenity Smiles has 'state of the art' dental equipment and can make new crowns within the office. Highly recommend.

I had quite a long and frustrating experience with dental work prior to coming to Dr. Waters, including an implant and crown process that took nearly 18 months to complete. Unfortunately, the crown that was originally placed was not compatible with my implant, which led to multiple visits just to tighten and adjust it—never fully resolving the issue. During a routine cleaning, I brought this up again and honestly expressed my frustration. I had even told Dr. Waters previously that if I had to come back one more time for the same issue, I was ready to have the crown removed altogether and give up on it. That’s when Dr. Waters stepped in and offered a solution I truly appreciated—he suggested remaking the crown at cost, which saved me thousands of dollars. I was definitely skeptical given my past experience, but I decided to move forward. It’s now been a week with the new crown, and I’m happy to say everything feels great—no issues at all so far. I really appreciate Dr. Waters’ willingness to listen, take ownership, and offer a fair solution. That level of care and integrity goes a long way.
